"I checked in at 2am Went to bed at 315am. Woke up at 545am and saw blood on my pillow. Then I saw all the bed bugs - They were everywhere. I got mauled by bed bugs. I checked out immediately. Not even an apology or any type of concern from staff. I have bites and welt from head to toe. I am mortified!"

"Nice people, clean place. The eggs were the best I’ve had from any hotel and most restaurants. The rest of the breakfast was great as well! Exercise room only had an elliptical, bike and treadmill, but it was better than nothing."

"I am a frequent guest at many hotels in the tri state area. The Defiance Quality Inn is my first choice when I'm in the defiance area. In my opinion most amenities from hotel to hotel in this area are on a level playing field except customer service. Shantel at the Quality Inn places her establishment my #1 choice out of the 4 hotels at that location. She is extremely friendly, professional, and willing to do anything her position allows to make your stay as comfortable as possible. She may work second shift however she is first class!"

"Stayed here several times up till this last stay every thing was great. I'm a truck driver and my company pays but now they are charging you $100.00 deposit. Used my debit card was told they would release the hold on my card it's been 3days and still there. Will not stay here again. Staff is very nice, except the day clerk who speaks very bad English."

"The rooms were fine they just need updated. I am a diamond member I arrived about 240pm in the afternoon and I called the front desk to see if I could check in early. She flat out told me no that check in wasn't till 3pm. As a diamond member your supposed to be able to check in at least an hour early. Now I understand if the hotel was full and rooms weren't ready but this wasn't the case. She was a BIG young girl so tatted up and the personality of a doormat. Very odd considering the other were friendly."
