"I highly recommend this hotel and its staff. It was immaculately clean and the free breakfast had tons of options, including make-your-own waffles (kids loved) to fresh fruit every day. The business office, and pool/exercise rooms were super clean and often there were cookies in the lobby. I will always stay at this hotel upon return to the area. Thank you Stacy Stucky!"

"They use the cheapest mattresses. I have stayed here twice and both times left with my body aching every where. Staff from management and anyone below have never greeted me, if you need something they look like they don’t want to be bothered; also they are rarely available at front desk, usually hiding in the back. Overall a very unwelcoming feeling and I will never be back."

"The beds are very hard and uncomfortable. Definitely not what we are used to at Hampton Inns. They were so hard, they made our backs and joints hurt making the rest of our travel difficult. This is very unfortunate because the hotel is nice. The staff was very nice and accommodating. The halls were quiet and everything was clean. Just the worst bed ever! We will definitely not stay there again."

"Pros: Location is great - near the highway and close to shops/restaurants/fuel, but still quiet. The beds were comfortable. The hot tub and pool were functional and relaxing, and the fitness centre was well-equipped. The breakfast was decent (pretty standard, nothing to write home about). Cons: The room we had was not super clean - carpet was stained, bathroom floor had dirt/debris in the corners/edges, I didn't feel comfortable being barefoot. The room clock was incorrect and impossible to change for some reason so I had to turn it around. The in-room fridge was loud. There was a family of loud children staying the same night as us and they were running wild in the pool area (literally RUNNING on deck, cannonballs into the pool, nearly landing on my child) and then took over the breakfast area in the morning (barefoot for some reason). While I recognize their behaviour is not the fault of the hotel, it did affect our enjoyment of the stay. We would stay here again, if we're ever in the area, just because the location is so good and the pool/hot tub/fitness room were in good condition."
