"The showers are dirty and gross. The same amount of hair hasn’t been removed from the floor for over a week. Spa area is smelling. Jacuzzi is so dirty, that can make anyone feel sick. We definitely miss you RICH. YMCA IS NOT THE SAME WITHOUT YOU"
"I was a member here, it’s a great gym. However I moved to Colorado last year, I paid my membership out and called the month before it finished to ensure it would end. I noticed today I’m still being charged and there’s nothing they can do about refunding my money even though I can’t use the membership. I have to go in and cancel or MIGHT be able to cancel over email. This is rediculous, all YMCA’s do things differently so not sure how they can’t fix this Problem. Should do more in future to help out their customers."
"Wonderful staff! Love that your monthly fee is based on your income. Amazing place for anyone on a fixed income. Pools are really nice and the aquatics class for arthritis is just the ticket!"
"We have currently just started going here. We love it! Staff is always very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. The facility is very clean. The exercise pool is pleasantly warm with a lifeguard. AND the lap pool is a nice cool temp. I am so happy after leaving our Michigan ymca that it is just as nice, if not nicer."
"We go regularly! Their programs are super nice, even their family events! Facility is clean. I do however think they should have more of their "pool" rules and regulations posted. My son gets hassled about his age every time we go."
