"I arrived to my son's appointment on February 9th, 2022. During my appointment, while discussing my son's care Ms.Santos behaved inappropriately. She ignored and she did not listen to my concerns regarding my son's health. I was very distraught by my recent appointment. I left the appointment feeling that my son's health was not important and I felt like we were both just another number in the system. I don't believe Ms.Santos behaved professionally during our appointment and I would not recommend her as a pediatrician."
