"I wish I saw the reviews and spoke to more people before I came back here for care. Their genetics department was a joke and I went back thinking neurology maybe better. It’s not. Do not go here for Myasthenia Gravis care or really any care. Their endocrine department was equally as poor. They are clueless and they don’t care about anyone."

"I was diagnosed with 2 types of ALS in 2010 at Cleveland Clinic. The Hospital was extremely nice and the Staff was incredible. It’s time to return for more Tests and Medicine. The Doctors and Nurses were extremely professional and very compassionate. It’s 6.5 hours drive from Syracuse,New York and was worth the drive. They took great care of my Wife with Massages and Feeding her. They Even took her up to Roof to a in closer than was heated for relaxation and Green Tea. "They obviously do not care and have no organization. My father was diagnosed with a tumor and we tried to schedule an appointment. They will not schedule you to even talk to someone until they receive all of the records and have a board meeting to discuss your case and then they "get back to you" in 24-48 hours. They had issues with their fax line and did not receive the records... no one bothered to call or notify us. We wasted an entire week waiting on them. We had records sent again on Wednesday, verified that they received them, and still have not heard anything. I called UPMC and we have an appointment for Tuesday. Very disappointing and never again."

"If you have a complicated neurological disorder/diagnosis as an adult or if you are on opioids to help control your moderate to severe pain, don't bother to go here. It will be a waste of your time and your money. Initially I was told that they wouldn't operate on me because of the medication I was on. Then being evaluated by a pain specialist, it was a nightmare as he spent more time trashing the surgeons who actually saved my life and never gave any insight on how to help me. The neurosurgeon gave me hope to help me, then all of a sudden refused and never heard from him again. The whole ordeal was extremely disappointing and hurtful as I thought I was going to the best! The only reason the Cleveland Clinic is becoming so popular is that they only take on cases that are easily handled. With that, they get their good scores to make them look good."

"When in the office or making an appointment it is very efficiant amd they care a lot. Although, calling the nurse on a call is a waste of time. I always wait 2 hours without any wait time notice in advance. Along with that after waiting forever i have gotten hung up on many of times and all that time is wasted. It needs improvement, i do not live close to cleveland and on call calls are very important."
