"Good variety, prices are reasonable and customer service is excellent. Been coming here since this store opened and I will continue!"
"I went to this location today. I have a chronic health condition and struggle but today I struggled more than normal. There were employees all over the store due to the remodel. As a side note, the remodel is terrible and made my shopping trip even harder. There are no benches or chairs to take a break mid shopping trip and the majority of the shoppers today had gray hair and could probably use a rest. I stopped a man in a gray sweater and a woman and mentioned something about chairs, while visibly panting to catch my breath. I was told “Sorry hun”. At one point I sat on the floor next to my cart and several employees walked past me. I then went to the clinic area and sat in those chairs to rest before I I headed for one last item and then to check out. When I got to the register, Dawn could see I was struggling and quickly offered me assistance with unloading my cart and a step stool to sit on while she rang up my groceries. Susie unloaded my cart and then took my cart to the only benches left outside the doors so I could wait for my neighbor to finish. Matt also offered to get my groceries to my car for me, but I was with my neighbor and she helped me. This store is not friendly for those with disabilities. A motorized scooter would not have helped me with my needs. Profits over people will cause you to lose the people and with them go the profits. So maybe consider taking care of your community and see what happens to your profits. It’s a shame that corporate employees were present and were part of the problem today. The lowest paid employees are the ones who took care of me today. Please give them the recognition they deserve for showing excellent compassion today."
"I was so disappointed with my trip to Kroger today. First the deli said they don't open now until 9am. I always get there around 8:15am, I will definitely not be waiting around until 9am to get deli meat. Second they were selling expired bagels that expired 3 days ago. I have shopped here every Sunday for several years and I hate to complain, but hopefully this will help get it together."
"Really kroger? 2 checkouts on a Saturday morning. Despite record profits kroger wants you to check out your own groceries so they can save a fee dollars. They have lost their way and have allowed corporate greed to blind them. Sometime what looks good on paper is in reality working against you. Also there plastic bags which I found out are now made in house are complete garbage. I have included pictures. Had to throw about half the bags away or triple bag to keep my groceries from falling out."
