"I'm suffering from a disease called sarcoidosis. I had an appointment today to see a doctor at metroheath J Glen center. I've been feeling dizziness and ear pressure. my left side of my neck is swollen. My doctor Mrs Sweeny was out of office so I had to schedule with a different doctor. I work at a ccf hospital so there protocol for some of there caregivers are to get swab for covid 19 which has been going on since June. My last test was on October 7 2020 which all of my test have came back negative. I was told by a nurse that I couldnt come back to the waiting room nor the doctors room. Because I basically get swabbed for my job. That same nurse told me that I had to go out back to my car and someone would meet me there. At that time I had no choice but to leave because my car is in the shop so I was dropped off. How is this patients first. I could see if I tested positive for covid but all my covid test are negative. They have been testing us every two weeks and now its every week. The only reason I go to metro health is cause I really like my doctor. I never had this problem all summer with doctor Sweeny. Now I'm force to go to ER and every time I do that I'm hit with there's nothing we can do. This is a delay in my care. I probably need to see a specialist and I can't do that without seeing a doctor first because I would need a referral. This disease i have can effect any organ in my body including eyes. I already see a pulmonary doctor. J GLEN CENTER has wasted my time scheduling me and at the last minute I can't be seen. Everybody dont have covid some people just have other issues going on. Plus you became a doctor or so called nurse to help people. Not at this center"
