They said they would call me soon, like in 10 days or something, after about 2 months and still no call. I had to call and they said that they are ready, really? Now I have moved away for school and only go back on weekends, so I'm not sure how to get my present! And you replied and said I have to be fair? They got my eyes checked out and helped me pick frames in under an hour, frames were ready after 1.5 weeks which was less time then they initially said, frames were a perfect fit and everyone was super excited for me because I can see now!"

"Fast servicing. Was taken with in 5 minutes for eye exam and a few minutes later for the Doctor to make adjustments to my prescription. Staff helped me pick frames and set me up with all the bells and whistles my insurance allowed and was out the door. Total time was about an half an hour. Staff and doctor were all pleasant to deal with."
