Then, we were no longer welcome to go there and the manager sent a letter, retro billed every call made over the years, and dropped us while I had to seek immediate care for the condition their prescriptions caused. Heed the warnings that I ignored."

We were then back charged for years of calls suddenly and told not to come back. Do yourself a favor and read the reviews. I shouldn't have trusted this place based on my childhood. I'm writing this to save others the pain I experienced. The office is horrible, manager included. Everything everyone is saying is true."

"Have been taking my kids here for almost 8 years. And I thought it was just me but after reading the other reviews it is confirmed that the reception desk is incredibly rude! I gave 3 stars because overall I never had difficulty with making an appointment, and the doctors and nurses are very kind. But it is upsetting when you bring in an ill child to be seen and are treated as if you aren't wanted there."

"Dr. O is the best human on the face of the earth. We have had the best experience with him. However. The front office is extremely rude…. Every - single- time. It never fails. I’m one instance we left the office for an emergent situation- we were told to go home and wait for instructions. I waited and waited. I continued to call the office- the front office blew me off over and over again until 5 pm. Finally I was able to talk to a nurse who was upset no one called me. We ended up having to go to the ED at 9pm. Unacceptable- tears are children who cannot advocate for themselves and can have serious conditions."
