"Parker Skin & Aesthetic clinic is amazing. Dr. Parker takes the time to listen and discuss your concerns. Dr. Woods is very informative and skilled with laser treatments. There are a variety of doctors to meet all dermatological needs. Shane, is their product specialist and is wonderful! Always takes the time to discuss your needs and concerns while making excellent recommendations for all products available!"

"Gina Kuehn, M.D. is one of a kind. She is the best dermatologist I have ever seen. She speaks clearly and in layman's terms making everything very easy to understand. She carefully explains any associated risks and prepares you for anything she is about to do and/or touch. She is extremely thorough with a bedside manner better than many physicians I have seen in my lifetime. I will be bringing my children to her as well, as she is so wonderful, I can only image how wonderful she will be with pediatric patients. Overall, this practice is top-notch. The receptionist staff is wonderful (+so friendly!) and is always looking and recommending ways to make things more affordable. If I could give them 10 stars I would."

"Terrible customer service from front desk receptionist! Came in for a first appointment and walked in 11 minutes after scheduled appointment time due to a random TORRENTIAL DOWNPOUR that caused significant traffic and then I had trouble finding their office door within the building and spent at least 6 of the 11 minutes looking for their office. When I came in the female receptionist with blonde hair was extremely snarky and rude and did not give me a moment to speak or offer the reason why I was late. She immediately said “well, the next appointment is here already… so……” and then clicked around on her computer before saying she would ask if it would be permissible to still keep the appointment. I sat and waited and then she called and informed me they wouldn’t be able to take me that day, standing right there after driving all the way for 35 minutes in the rain, but I had another appointment scheduled because I had multiple issues I was interested in being seen for so she said “it could just be done then.” Well then why did you schedule me for two different appointments in the first place? I felt extremely judged by her attitude and I would recommend management replace her with someone friendlier or if you’re a potential patient I would recommend going elsewhere because this experience and other reviews shows this place is just so poorly ran. And the way the business replies back shows the extremely snarky and rude attitude here. Cancelled my other appointment and will not be coming back. I would suggest you not waste your time coming here either!"

"It is a pleasure going to this practice all due to Dr. Assaf and his two assistants- Sara Palka and Tina Reinke. I have been a patient of Dr. Assaf’s for over 6 years. He is THE most kind, caring, intelligent and humble physician. Always professional, consistently appropriate with treatment and his bedside manner is second to none!! Sara and Tina have been with him for awhile and share his compassion and personal interest in their patients as well. I will continue to refer this practice highly because of Dr. Assaf and his support staff. I hope retirement is NOT in his near future!"
