"I would rate zero stars if I could. Dr. McElroy is the worst kind of doctor and the worst kind of person that you could possibly have the misfortune of encountering. Stay away... far away!!!"

"The Clinicians at the Linder Center of Hope leave much to be desired. Dr. McElroy and Dr. Keck are apparently "quasi-married" and their focus is on research and not on patient satisfaction or quality of care. They care completely about their own interests vs. the interests of the patients. That said, I found most of the clinicians to be, at best, mediocre. Admittedly, they have a first rate building, but the reality is that factors such as demand and what the patients need were not considered. That creates a situation where they almost have to unethically created demand and/or utilization through unnecessary services (which are very pricey) vs. what the patient wants and/or needs. Overall, the "leadership" leaves a lot to be desired. And the experience created is terrible. "Doctors" that deliver little value-ad or improvement in terms of outcomes. Rather, they just want to obtain as many "donations" and use Mr. Lindner to line their pockets."

"They'll hold you against your wishes and exacerbate the reasons you have for your situation. They are fee for service and have a fundamental conflict of interest. Steer clear of this place."

"We took our son into the new adolescent program, worst experience of our lives. They lied about their program, they did not provide the proper personnel to do the job, they say that their OCD program is intensive care which is not true. They only do 2 hours of therapy a week and their program is $27,300 with "no refund". I tried to discuss getting my son more intensive care and they made excuses and when I asked to talk to the Director, he told me he didn't want to hear what I had to say. RUN! Do not go there! These people have no compassion or care in helping children with this dibilitating disease."

"Terrible experience. The first time my spouse was in Lindner, everything was fine, and we would have been all positive like all other reviews. My wife went back in after a medication error (side effects due to their meds) , and since then nothing but problems. No one takes responsibility, no one calls back with anything useful other than covering their own butts. Every one in charge is on vacation for 2 days, unreachable, or not responsible. everything is 3rd hand or 4th hand info, dr's do not call back, agree to send records, then fail to do so, change medications other doctors have prescribed... issue after issue after issue. Dr Cho (a visiting doctor who was working there) is in my opinion a terrible doctor. He did not listen to what the head doctor (who is on vacation) had prescribed, he seems to have a "pet diagnosis" of "Borderline Personality Disorder" that he diagnoses everyone with, whether symptoms match or not. He tried to give my spouse "fish oil" pills as part of a mental health treatment (maybe he gets a discount at the local vitamin store). My wife exit paperwork states the was given one med (welbutrin SR) but he actually subscribed Welbutrin XL which caused her major side effects last time, and the head dr prescribed welbutrin (no sr, no xr). NOTHING BUT TROUBLE. The "Center of Hope" is full of themselves. How DARE anyone question anything there. STAY AWAY."
