The Little Clinic

"My wife wrote this: I took my daughter to the Little Clinic in Mason. I got the last available open spot for my daughter (2:45pm). I was impressed with the size of the rooms and waiting area (I have only been to the one Maineville before this). I checked in and right away taken back. Heather the nurse was so nice. She listened to my daughter and how she felt. She was courteous, kind, and fast with giving my daughter tests. Khuudu, the doctor was wonderful too. She listened and gave my daughter a prescription for the flu. She explained what to watch out for if she did not get better. When we got home, I had to call due to my daughter throwing up her medicine. They called me back after hours and told me what to do. I was so happy that the Maineville LC did not have availability. I will come back to this one again. Thank you Heather and Khuudu!"

"Husband went in for scheduled appointment. Arrived 15 minutes early to check in. They said insurance was not valid. Called anthem and they confirmed insurance was valid and asked clinic if they were refusing treatment. They said wasn’t working at their location and would need to go to another location. What a waste of time. They said sometimes their system doesn’t recognize anthem. For such a huge corporation they really need to get it together. Wasted an hour and a half and then had to go to urgent care."

"I accidentally scheduled the wrong day and came a day early and Heather and staff got me in early. They were very friendly and so helpful. The NP was amazing and helped me immediately. Whole staff was great and I would gladly return."
