"I went to ProScan Mason location. The location was convenient and easy to get to. The front staff was friendly and the techinical staff was helpful, informing each steps that he was going through. The following week, I called the ProScan to get a copy of the report (the report I got from my family doctor's office was a faxed copy and wasn't as clear), and was able to received the report (from Kayla Dooley) in a couple of hours, so I can bring it to see a specialist the same day. Thank you!"

"I share, only for improvement, hopefully. I had a scan this past Friday and it was so unorganized, to say the least. My radiologist was super nice completing the scan, so this is of no fault of her own, but I think a lack of ability to prepare for the office. She had a difficult time getting my I.V. started and this is normal, as I'm a hard stick, but mentioned if she couldn't get the I.V. started, she wouldn't be able to scan me. Bad news, considering my surgery is less than a week away and the MRI was urgent. Finally got me going and then lost a piece needed to scan. I lay there, waiting for another twenty minutes before she finally found spare pieces. Again, was faced with the possibility of not being able to scan me. This was of no fault of her own, but just sloppy as it just felt really unprepared. Then to make matters worse, I get a random text today saying I need to schedule an MRI. It's already been completed. My orders were sent STAT but as of this morning, they still hadn't been read yet, even after the receptionist advised they should have been. I'm very disappointed with the way that this has all been transpiring since Friday ..."

"The staff were courteous and helpful. Had to have 2 scans, which I was in the tube for about an hour. The tech advised during each scanning process the time left for the various scans being done. This helped break down the lengthy process and made it not seem as such a long time. The facility was clean and if needed I wouldn’t hesitate to return for future scans."
