"I have been taking my two daughters to this location for nearly 14 years now. In the last three months my daughter has needed to be seen twice. Twice we’ve seen the same doctor who will not perform any tests or prescribe any treatment. A teen with a history of strep throat but this time we don’t have to test for it. She knew by sight. I’m no doctor but after seeing strep 10-12 times, I’m very aware of how it presents. Ok. Maybe it was a one off. I took her in again last week with a 103.8 fever. My daughter did not get out of bed for a week she’s been so ill. The same pediatrician would not test her for flu or covid and would not give anything to treat her symptoms. She said a test would not change her treatment. (Cutting hair professionally, it would have been nice for me to know before interacting with the general public). I could’ve given my daughter Tylenol and Advil without the doctors visit and charge to the insurance. I feel like our last two visits were only to get doctors notes, not to help my children. I’m unsure if I’ll switch practices or not because it’s been made so difficult to do so and St E owns the majority of medical health facilities in the area. But we will not be seeing Dr Hughes again. My oldest child is 30 and I’ve never witnessed such lack of care from a professional."

"I called this morning to get an immunization certificate. The woman on the phone hung up on me after telling me it’s 24 hour notice, which is fine but there’s no need to be rude. I get that they’re busy but there is something called phone etiquette, especially in a business. Otherwise, I do love the doctors and other staff."

"Rude staff and doctors that lack compassion or genuine care. We jumped through hoops with them trying to find the right formula for my daughter. They swore up and down she wasn’t lactose intolerant. Yet here we are and the allergist at Children’s said she’s fully lactose intolerant. Moms trust your gut and stay away from this clinic. They push the usual formula brands too because they benefit off of each other."

"Our child has been having learning/behavioral issues in school and with us and it seems like he is drastically crying out for help and can’t express himself. We reached out for help at the beginning of 2022 for an evaluation as All signs have pointed to ADHD and we’ve had a really bad experience with this medical practice. He can’t seem to focus or pay attention and is very hyper and disruptive. Our journey started at the beginning of the year when we began to seek help and we’re told they couldn’t evaluate our child or assist in anyway until he had his 6 year old checkup. For me, that is just a negative response as I personally know children have have been in similar situations who had help at a younger age. DO SOMETHING! But his birthday was in may and they had us scheduled out all the way until July. His appointment came and we addressed our concerns with doctor who was dumb founded that while we had been waiting for the appointment that the process hadn’t at least already been started and paperwork completed. They then tell us he needs to be in school for some time and have assistance in paperwork from teacher. (This could have already been in the pipeline as an old teacher would just express the same concerns as a new teacher) All they are delaying is us getting assistance with our child and it’s infuriating. It seems like everyone tells a different story when you talk to someone and he’s already starting off this year on a negative foot because we can’t get help. We’ve begged for assistance, and we know he needs help but we can’t seem to get anyone to help. I would NOT recommend them to anyone."

"Prepare to be greeted by rude middle aged women with no hospitality whatsoever. I began coming here in October of 2021 when my son was a newborn and I’m no longer coming back after my child’s 9 month appointment. Our pediatrician is Dr. Chan and she is amazing. Disappointing they cannot get better receptionists and staff to reflect their doctors. Not to mention, you wait 30 minutes, sometimes over, after your original appointment before the doctor comes in. The nurse assistant who comes in and takes your child’s weight and everything are always very rude and rough when giving shots."
