Urology Florence - St. Elizabeth Physicians

"This place started out ok. Made an appointment for a procedure... Time for appointment and my car battery died and I couldn't make the appointment. Still to this day when a urologist calls them for records, first they say they don't have them and in the same breath will say I was too scared to come to the appointment so I didn't show. Then will find my records about an hour later. They couldn't help me and to this day they still inconvenience me. Dr called me a big baby when removing leads out of my back that went into the skin. Said she knew I couldn't take pain so wouldn't recommend any other procedures."

"Six months ago I had my first appointment with Dr. K. He called a prescription in for me to a pharmacy in MN. When the pharmacy contacted me they told me I couldn't get my medication from them because of where I live. I called the urology office and they said they would call me back with further instructions. From that day to my follow up appointment this past Friday they never called like they said. I brought that up to Dr. K and he apologized and said he would make sure I didn't have any issues. He sent my prescription to a local pharmacy who were out of stock on that particular medication. I called the urology office to let them know and ask if I could get a paper prescription to take to the pharmacy myself so that I wouldn't have to keep calling back to get it sent from pharmacy to pharmacy trying to find a place that had it in stock. They said that wouldn't be a problem. I get a notice from mychart that I had a new prescription so I called the office back even though they were supposed to call me back. I am told that they went ahead and sent it back to the pharmacy in MN who already told me they couldn't fill it. I asked why they would do that when I specifically mentioned that it wouldn't work. They apologized and said I would get a call right back. They didn't call, again, so I tried calling the office back at 4:20pm. That's 10 minutes before close but they already had their office phone set to say they were already closed. This place is a joke. All I can say is that I'm extremely grateful that it isn't medication that my life depends on."
