"Fast service. The staff was great. Be mindful that not every location has an actual provider on site and you may be assessed via telemedicine, but they can run actual test. I would definitely go if I was completely aware of what was wrong with me and needed the script."
"I've been given the runaround on covid lab results that should've been in thr office by now, i was told they were in the office and then after being on hold for 20 minutes I'm told they do not have any labs!!! Wow!! Oh but give us your name and DOB and we will give it to the doctor!!! A JOKE. They didnt know what was wrong with me on Wednesday when i was seen and now its been 2 going on 3 days and they dont have my test results."
"I was unimpressed by this location from the time I walked in until the time I left. To start with, this location was unable to pull my information from a previous visit at another location across town. Secondly, my husband was not allowed back with me to see either the nurse practitioner or physician ( not sure which as she only introduced herself by first name-unprofessional). I have difficulty hearing and do not always understand the entire conversation. Meantime, my husband was in the waiting room and he called other locations and corporate office to see if this was company policy and it was NOT. I would not recommend this location. The entire staff needs educated around family centered care and customer service. We are a family of healthcare professionals for over 30 years….and we know our patient rights. DO NOT GO HERE!!!"
"The PA was very knowledgeable and patient. She took the time to explain her diagnosis and prognosis. This is not your average urgent care. They offer superior care in my opinion. Thank you. The supporting staff was also very helpful."
"Staff was very nice, I was second patient of the day. I had to wait a while but that is to be excepted when testing for strep. Once I got my results they got my prescription to the pharmacy so I could start feeling better. Overall pleasant experience."
