"If I could give them no stars I would! Long but definitely worth posting people beware! After a ER vist on Friday for my baby which we were told has the stomach but and if he wasn't better to call and see his Dr Monday. So he wasn't puking non stop but just wasn't eating well or drinking as he should. But none the less he was some what better. Got a message from my Daughters preschool on Monday that she has a fever of 99 and fell asleep twice. So on my why to pick her up I call in a sick appointment after 15 min on hold hang up call back another 15 finally an answer. I said all the above. They transferred to nurse and repeat all above again. Nurses says school should have called 911 like what!? Very lethargic not unresponsive I can sense getting nowhere with patient A I told her that's crazy and extreme but if it that big of a deal not to worry was trying to be preventive. Patient B I said needs an appointment only snacking drink some but not as should. She ptoceeds yo Say they both should be in ER blah blah that patient B hasn't eaten all weekend or drank ...... um crazy lady not my words as I explain what I said again and since they have no spots today tomorrow is fine. She proceeded to say that she was not getting us an appointment tomorrow either and states again her made up words not mine and that they are dehydrated???? Like how you know you won't see them. Says they can go to ER. That was enough for me to be done. In less than 30 i found a new provider and pulled 4 of the 5 kids immediately! Do not even waste your time here the staffing has gone to hell."

"Took 4 year old in for scheduled wellness check, explained that he was also complaining of a sore throat and acting like he didn't feel well. They looked in his ears and mouth and let us go. That night we took him to a minute clinic after his symptoms got worse, he was diagnosed with strep and infection in both ears. Who lets a 4 year old go home knowing (?) that he is obviously sick!?!"

"We love Dr Thomas but I have not been able to get my son in to be seen. It’s very disappointing that I need to use The little clinic vs his doctor. I have tried multiple times to make an appointment but always on hold. My longest hold time was 17 mins before I hung up. Today was 10 mins before I lost patients and hung up"

"Dr Wissman is amazing. My children absolutely love her and feel comfortable with her. Huge shoutout to Ms Laura. She has gone above and beyond for every one of my children. They are on top of getting paperwork done and truly work for the best interest of the children. Everyone is so kind & willing to help anyway they can."

"Not the most welcoming/nurturing place when it comes to handling sick kids. I’ve been hung up on a couple times when talking with nurses. Ran into a couple issues with Dr. O in particular, as she prescribed a medication that my son is allergic to after this already being stated to her. He was treated for croup at one point as well but didn’t sit right with me because his check up with her was very quick (he was quite fussy so she didn’t really try too hard to look at his throat/ears). ended up taking him to urgent care a couple days later because of vomiting. PA there was shocked at how bad his throat looked. tested positive for strep. I’ve heard some people have good experiences here. But definitely not mine— will be transferring elsewhere."
