"I had a new patient appointment scheduled for almost two months, and called them the day off to confirm it. They stated their physician was on leave for a few months and did not have any others available. Terrible communication and lack severe lack of care"
"They keep giving me push back about refilling my medications, saying I need to schedule a visit but they cancelled my last 4 visits. When I tried to explain this to the person at the desk, after driving all the way in just to be cancelled once again, they were very rude, and not at all compassionate or even nice about the fact that they cannot get me scheduled with my provider until march, despite the fact that I was very calm. I specifically asked for a female provider and all they offered me was a male, which seems exceptionally spiteful. She seemed annoyed from the moment I got there. I love my provider but I would not recommend this office."
