"Started going here last fall. Dr. Pope is my general doctor. Getting my medication filled has never been more difficult than this place makes it. I dread calling and dealing with the rude workers. This time, they didn’t even send it to the doctor as they were supposed to, so I have been without my meds. Overall, not an inviting place. Not very happy."

"Just avoid the hassle. My husband went here for 6 months with high blood pressure topping out at 170/130. Shannon wouldn't put him on blood pressure meds until I called and demanded it. On top of that she messed up his short term disability paperwork twice. So now we can't even get his short term disability now. Costs us thousands of dollars that of course this practice isn't going to reimburse for. I've already started filing complaints but I doubt the practice will do anything to rectify the situation."

"I see Dr. Robert Harrington who's part of this group and he's the best general physician I've ever been to. He found several brain & spinal cord tumors I had that other doctors had missed. At the very least it kept me from being paralyzed from the neck down and at worst from being dead. Not only do I trust him with my health I've trusted him with my kids. All of the staff here do an outstanding job and they're super friendly. Unless I need a specialist, here's where I go."
