"I went there yesterday for an EGD procedure which did not necessarily require intubation. I was greeted kindly by the intake nurse. However, the anesthesiologist was extremely rude and condescending and treated me as tho she was superior to me. I was unaware that the clinic had not updated my chart to reflect that I was a difficult intubation. This woman informed me that at that facility they were unable to accommodate someone who has such difficulties in the event that something went wrong and I would need to be intubated. If the facility cannot handle such emergencies they should probably not perform procedures that might require more equipment in order to do so. Or become more prepared for such emergencies. Dr Kirsch however was very polite and apologetic."
