"Shockingly this has been the worst experience I've had when dealing with one of our beloved pets. We took in a lizard for euthanasia. We waited for over twenty minutes to be seen and when we were seen the doctor came in with blood on his hands from another "patient" he'd been dealing with previously. He treated our animal with the least amount of compassion I've ever witnessed. The whole experience was shocking and disappointing. I will not go into the gory details of the exam prior to euthanasia, but it was not what was expected. No this animal did not have fur and was not cuddly but he still felt physical pain. How he was handled by the doctor and what was done before the end, was inexcusable. Never again."
