"My family got our first English Bulldog from Petland Mason and she is the happiest addition to our family. The staff answered all our questions on how to provide the best care for her. The food we had been purchasing from Petland discontinued our brand and the staff was excellent with a replacement. I have compare prices on treats and toys and Petland is the best. We only have positive, informative, and kind interactions with all the staff at Mason. Not to mention the cleanliness of the store is amazing ."

"I do not recommend this store. Young errogant staff that most of the time do not know the answers to your questions (Dave is one id like to point out). We purchased a puppy in the understanding that our preference was a male. They handed me multiple dogs that I thought were males. Went to the vet to find out we indeed have a female. We paid $4200 for our dog! Additionally we had put down a large sum of money down on the dog and financed the remainder to build our credit. We were approved and processed through Petland credit card but received MULTIPLE credit cards in the mail from other credit agencies because they went through with the approval. So we had to go through and cancel all the accounts. A major flaw in either the processing of purchasing a puppy OR the fact that you have incompetent staff running your facility. I am stunned at the lack of customer service I received and the carelessness to help. With all that being said, we do love our puppy but those folks you have in the forefront is the reputation you are going to build. This is not how you build and maintain a good business."
