"This place is THE best!! They got us in so quickly, their office is so nice, comfortable, and calming, they had water and snacks while we waited, the staff was all so friendly, and most importantly - Dr. Neiman and the assistant were both so thorough and sweet to our cat, Alfredo! It was the first time seeing our little one and they made her feel so calm and relaxed. They were gentle with her, they asked us lots of questions and gave us answers immediately, they explained the information fully, and even fully demonstrated to us how to apply ear medicine. Cannot recommend this place enough!!! We will be life-long customers."

"I was so nervous walking in here. My dog gets hyper anytime he’s somewhere new. I had to change vets. And after reading reviews and doing research I decided to give this place a try. Upon walking in the woman at the front desk started to get my dogs weight. And it was a little embarrassing trying to get him on the scale he’s so big and clumsy already on top of being hyper. She helped me get him on there without having to struggle and reassured me it was ok some dogs just don’t like the scale. I was brought back to my own private room. There was a couch a chair toys and treats in the room. Without an exam table. At first I thought this was just a consultation kind of room. No they did everything in there. My dog was greeted with a smile and a slow feeder of peanut butter and whipped cream. While they did his shots I got nervous. But I was shocked and fully pleased they gave my buddy a peanut butter cup so lick while he got his vaccines and he didn’t even flinch. You have the option to pay on your phone or up front. This place is full of privacy, genuine concern, animal lovers, and very friendly staff. All of my questions were answered and I didn’t feel like a dummy for asking anything. I really really love this place. And I highly recommend. Even the day after his vaccines I was greeted with a text message asking how my boy was doing. It just really helped ease my mind about changing to this vet and I’m so glad we did. You guys are amazing at what you do!"

"We had lost a pet and looking for a new vet that was accessible. We found Newport 365 so helpful and kind The nurses, receptionist and doctors. I can’t say enough kind things. My little Annie May loves it there and is so happy to see everyone.!What I appreciate most is they treat her like their own. With Annie’s recent surgery they took the time to send us a picture of her when she came out. Can’t tell you how that made us feel♥️it definitely put our minds at ease. They treat Annie so well and carry her around if she cries. We definitely made a good pic finding these guys to take care of our babies!"
