"Understaffed. Always a huge line no matter what time of day you go. None of the pharmacy techs have any idea what they’re doing. Overall very slow and poor service."
"Prescriptions are NEVER ready even when I’ve called and checked before I leave my house or the hospital or doctors office. They lie and tell me it’s ready and then they tell me it’s a one hour wait when I arrive for pick up. So frustrating I’m never returning unless my insurance company makes me!"
"Has been terrible since I have changed to this pharmacy. Short on meds then best of all closed at 1 on Fridays. Because of staffing issues i feel more than likely management issues. Thanks CVS i didn't need the very important meds that i was picking up...."
"I know this isn't the fault of the individuals working here, but they are chronically understaffed. They closed the pharmacy without notice and cancelled all vaccinations WITHOUT NOTIFYING PATIENTS. Just terrible customer service. Off to Walgreens for me."
"I am not blaming the pharmacists. However this location is understaffed. I had a very in depth surgery, nearly 20 hours. I was discharged several days later. The discharged prescriptions were called to my pharmacy in another state. Therefore the local pharmacy could not fill them. Both myself and my doctors called both CVS non stop and they were finally resolved except for one, of course the most Important at one related to my surgery. I have sat on hold time after time trying to get to the pharmacist. One call from that person to the other location and problem solved. They simply are not answering their phone because they have no staff. A pharmacy that I cannot speak to the pharmacists when I have 9 prescriptions active is an enormous issue. I feel the liability is significant as well I cannot even ask to pay out of pocket because I cannot get a human. This is no drive thru but CVS is who my insurance indicates I should use. Never had an issue like this at Walgreens. Tomorrow will be the 4th discharge day and it still is not resolved"
