"Five stars all around! The room was absolutely amazing and they catered to everything we asked for. It was clean, prepared, and super easy to check in and had extra pillows and blankets ready! The front desk was quick and had a great sense of humor as soon as we checked in which really put the best foot forward. Also the location like everyone else said is perfect. Beautiful views and close to everything. Walking distance to about 30 bars/restaurants/venues in less than 7 minutes. It’s wonderful! Do make sure to get the parking permit when you park in their parking lot. Let’s you have a parking spot until noon the day you check out."

"Horrible experience! I booked through my Hilton rewards & by accident I had the wrong car on file. I received an email hours later that my card was declined so I immediately called the local hotel & updated my information the lady said everything was good to go. A few hours later I received an email saying my reservation was cancelled therefore I immediately called & said forget it I’m not rebooking. The very next day my card was charged for the stay after THEY cancelled not me. I call & get that cleared up & was told I would get a refund. A refund never happened so I disputed with my bank. NOW my bank says Hilton did not corporate in the dispute so they took the money back out of my account & to get my money back I have to jump through MANY hoops. I 0/10 recommend!"

"This place was really amazing and we had a great time. The service staff was really awesome. The night desk lady was wonderful. The pool and facilities were clean and the towels were stocked! The rooms were clean and comfortable. We fit our family of 6 in one room which is awesome because that is hard to find sometimes! The view is absolutely fabulous and really cool! The breakfast was really well stocked and awesome for families also!"

"Amazing staff and a beautiful hotel in a great location. The view of the Cincinnati skyline from the hotel room was stunning. A big “thank you” to Power Tillman at the Front Desk for helping us with all our needs to make our stay at Hampton even better. Power’s positive attitude is incredible and truly noteworthy. Power showed great attention to detail and his kindness was much appreciated. One of the few times a hotel and staff rating should be more than 5 stars. "Great visit! Our family stopped here on our drive from Buffalo to Nashville. Easy access to get off and on the highway for our trip. We arrived late (11:30pm) and were greeted by a warm and friendly front desk clerk. We were handed bottled water and snacks which was appreciated after long drive. Rooms were clean, had a great view of the river, comfortable beds and bedding. Very comfortable. Water pressure in the shower was great. Nice, free breakfast spread in the morning. Lately I've been disappointed or underwhelmed with hotel quality and service for various types of stays, but this Hampton Inn was a shining example of how a hotel should run and it is appreciated."
