"Over 40 minutes on hold when people are there working aint cool."
"When I can interact with the pharmacy tech or pharmacist they are pleasant and helpful, but it's just about impossible to reach anyone on the phone. My doctor asked me to use a different pharmacy after he was on hold with them for 30+ minutes before giving up. I don't bother trying but I always go to the pharmacy drive-thru if I have questions. If your doctor doesn't use an Epic EMR system, good luck getting a prescription to the pharmacy electronically, and be prepared to ask your doctor to resend it. Pharmacy texts that a script is received or ready sometimes never come or are inaccurate. Again, nice and helpful people, but something needs to be fixed with either their staffing level, tech systems, or internal processes."
"Cvs is by far the worst, apparently if you need your prescription filled you better hope they are open. Hartwell store pharmacist decided to take days off and now neither my wife or kid can get there prescription filled until next week, corporate is worthless in helping as they won't even transfer the prescriptions to another store. I sincerely hope they shutter their doors. Do not spend your hard earned $ at cvs. I would give them zero stars if I could. If you need prescriptions go to Walgreens from now on, or Kroger."
