"ABSOLUTELY READ MY REVIEW....I have never had a bad experience shopping at Kroger. Ive banked at fifth third there, ordered flowers and even cakes with supurb survice and friendly service....UNTIL I HAD TO GO TO THE PHARMACY.......Id always used the drive thru to pick up my RX but it was closed this day and I had to go into the store pharmacy. I presented a coupon for one of my prescriptions .... Id never used a discount coupon before and the price per my coupon was 21.00 difference and the cashier argued with me and then accepted the coupon. She then spoke with another employee aloud disregarding my privacy....nakomg gun of me for using the coupon. So the second of my two prescriptions she rang up and the difference using another coupon was substantial....near $15.00 She was VERY RUDE, SARCASTIC, LOUD AND DID NOT RESPECT MY PRIVACY in fact....others waiting in line were to8l aloud by her. "IM SORRY FOLKS BUT SHES TRYING TO USE A COUPON FOR A BETTER PRICE....ITLL BE A MINUTE MORE""

"Have to change to a different pharmacy after being with Kroger for 13 years. This location is horrid. No follow up, never inform you of issues. Had my last annual physical prescriptions entered as 1 month not 12,as always blame it on my Doctors office. This last error was I brought in two written prescription one for my husband and one for me. Both prescriptions were input for my husband. And wanted to ARGUE with me. Until I firmly explained it was a written prescription I personally dropped off, I know what it said, they FINALLY looked it up and admitted they made an error."
