"I like this pharmacy. As with everything right now it’s hard to find help so drive through isn’t open at all so have to go inside to pick up prescription. The pharmacy has some smart, helpful and kind people working there."

"Finneytown location is closed random days per week and closes early often with a , sloppy, crooked handwritten sign in the drive-through. There is no information on the phone auto-attendant, website or signage as to when they will be open again. Sometimes they are closed for days in a row. The employee I had two days ago was straight up nasty asked me what I needed and then walked away to fill other prescriptions for 5 mis. Mine was already done. After she did finally come back and ring me out She walked away without handing me my prescription or my receipt. She yelled over her shoulder in an irratated voice “you can grab your receipt” Lastly, It’s a good thing I don’t need the pain meds prescribed for the surgery I had yesterday surgery…. Tried to call and it just said they’re closed. Maybe forever? Unknown."

"Usually no issues. However, the Pharmacist that was working 12/1 am needs to learn how to listen. She talked over me 3 times before I finally left and went elsewhere."

"Almost always have issues getting my medication from this CVS every month. I am on a medication that is considered a controlled substance. Every month I need to pick it up. I receive one refill from my doctor on it. Whenever it is time to get my meds, they are almost always Out of Stock and have to order them. This is fine…BUT- they order them the day I’m due for refill and I’m always 1-3 days late getting my medication. So, I have to go 1-3 days each month without my medication!!! They just blame it on being under staffed. Which, I understand to an extent but, these are Medications for crying out loud! Some people cannot just skip their meds. The people working in this pharmacy are not friendly either! Almost rude, honestly. I’m looking to switch to a different pharmacy but, that’s a whole other situation due my insurance. Ugh! I’m just really upset with this particular CVS! I use their APP and everything and I still think they do not communicate properly with their customers/patients! They don’t even tell you they are out of stock NOR do they answer the phone when you call! You have to drive up there to be told they don’t have your medications!!! Just super unprofessional and snot Ok!"

"Was on a quick trip through town, and had to get emergency supplies. Jason was so helpful! Love his attitude and smile. He made me feel welcome, and got me on the road again quickly. Thanks!"
