Fuji Hot Pot & Sushi

"We went on a stormy Friday evening so it was pretty quiet. The options for hotpot are basically endless, plus they have a sauce bar where you can pour your own choice of dipping sauces. You can mix and match to your hearts content. I had a blast, everything was delicious. Plus I had some amazing eye candy because my wife went with me and she's the most amazing woman in the world."

"This is my favorite spot for hotpot, the food range is great and employees are real friendly. I drive 45mins to get here and it's totally worth it 10/10."

"This place used to be great! Wife and I loved it. Then for some reason every roll I would get would make me sick the next day. Even simple rolls like a California. So I stopped eating here but my wife continued. (We get it as take out.) Now my wife has decided we need to find a new sushi place because this place is just going downhill. The past two or three times she’s ordered (I’m the one who picks it up) they say it’ll be ready in 20 minutes. I’ll show up in 30 minutes and I’ll STILL have to wait another 15-20 minutes. That’s actually fine, I’m ok with that because I work in the food business, I understand being busy and backed up. But when you tell me my food will be out in 5 minutes but really you never turned in my order so now I’m sitting here for 40 minutes, yea that’s when I get mad enough to leave a review. Just be honest."

"This place is the BOMB! I love taking my friends here for special occasions. Very accommodating to vegetarians and vegans. The people who work here are always super nice. Also, the interior decor and even the restrooms are pleasant. My only criticism is that the sushi isn't restocked enough whenever we go, very rarely am I fortunate enough to get a bite but it's delicious regardless. Absolutely love that multiple kinds of tofu are available, and lotus root, man do I love lotus root. With my favorite thrift store right next door, I'll definitely be back soon."

"This was the worst sushi experience I’ve had :( Order was ready for pickup 20 mins late Crab Rangoon was VERY stale Crab Rangoon sauce was congealed like Jello (see the pic) The rice was noticeably low quality Wasabi had ZERO spice Tempura was paper thin (see pic) My wife and I couldn’t even finish the sushi it was so bad - that’s a first! Haven’t had the hot pot, maybe that’s better? Will never ever order sushi or anything else here again"
