Rocco's Pizza

"This is the least tasteless pizza I ever had. The cheesy breadsticks were hard as a rock and no cheese. When I went in pick it up I should of known. The guy behind the counter making food, looked like he just changed the oil in his car. When I called them to advise them of the food. They sure didn't like my option, and I was addressed very nasty and was practically hung up on, and I was professional about it. I don't care, I will not be back."

"Pepperoni was only on half of my pizza. It was burnt and hardly any sauce. I tried calling to complain and they won't answer the phone. This place used to be good. Will never be back."

"Great food. I grew up coming here back when they had all the arcade games. Obviously, as times have changed with gaming, so have they. They no longer have a gaming area, but the food is still delicious. If you get a chance, order yourself a pizza and enjoy. You won't regret it."

"I would rate higher knowing that we have been ordering from here for the past few years but we had a horrible experience and I can't forgive them for what we went through. We probably ordered over a hundred dollars worth of food per month and tipped really good but that didn't help out our situation. So here's what happened, I am a great customer and on the day of me ordering food I just got out of the hospital. I couldn't get out of bed. It was my first day home in 3 weeks and my children were hungry including me. We wanted our go to pizza place. Well I ordered and as usual our bill came to $52. The girl on the phone ran my card and said it didn't go through. I said ok I will call the bank, and I did. The girl ran my card 2 times for $79!!!!! I was mad of course. That's all the money I had. I couldn't drive or walk somewhere else because I just had major surgery. Plus now I'm broke..Again why did she say everything came to 52 then charged what she did twice? So I called the store and asked what was going on, I asked many questions because I was confused. All I got in response was the girl telling me I would definitely have my money back the next day and when I asked to talk to a manager she laughed at me.... My husband did call the owner a couple days later when the money was still never put back on the card and he told the owner about the girl laughing and the owner said it was probably someone in the background? Then the owner said the same thing, it would be on the card the next day. Anyway it took almost a month to get the money back We did ask the owner if he could make it right and send out a pizza a few days later since we were totally screwed and the guy had the nerve to say he needs to make money too. His company took all our money from over charging us. Good thing I have loved ones that helped out with groceries for the week. I'm sick over giving them so much business"

"I ordered two twelve piece chicken, one dark, one mixed with jojo's, 2/ 2liters and 2 salads. Cost over $50. I talked to the manager. When the order arrived, I received one twelve piece mixed chicken. When I called, I was told that I did not order the dark chicken, even though the young man recited the order back to me twice. I'm through with Rocco's! This is the THIRD TIME they have done this to me and my family. NEVER AGAIN! Below is my Antipasto Salad with Extra, Tomatoes, Meat, Cheese, Eggs,Croutons and Creamy Italian Dressing. $16. Would you eat this?"
