"Received the wrong drink had to go back and exchange for the right one. Ordered 3 orders of hash browns they was all cold and torn apart and I ordered 2 Boston cream donuts that was hard and tasted old would not recommend using the one down town Massillon out of going to that location 5 times my order was correct and fresh 2 out of the 5 times I have ordered there"

"Everytime I go, they're always out of raspberry filled donuts. Once in the line there is no way to get out. So if they don't have what you're looking for you're stuck. Guess I'm going to have to start saving myself the trouble, and start going in to check."

"They were out of Carmel. The ladies at the register had no idea what they were doing. They didn't suggestive sell anything. And in turn I went to McDonald's when I left. Come on in the market your in dunkin you need to step up your game and then hire someone to make it better cause coffee shops are popping up more and more and your menu is freaking bland. While it may be cheap you kinda get what you pay for... some say dunkin I say Starbucks is worth every dime!"

"I did this before. I had regular coffee. It was very bitter and bad. I did not want any macchiato because I don't do sugar nor do I spend six or seven dollars for a cup of coffee. I don't eat donuts and I did no food so I can't write that. The service was okay because nobody knew if they had non-dairy creamer. That is exact as I can be."

"If I could give zero stars I would!! You have about 10 young kids in there working I walk in and out of all of them not one person said anything to me! I got a order of hashbrowns which tasted like they had been sitting there all morning! I then get 25 donut holes and I ask the girl to split up blueberry, chocolate and glazed well I get home and would you know there's powered in there as well. Also did they stop putting glaze on their glazed donuts?? I also got a southern peacan coffee that was so sweet I threw the whole thing away. Terrible food and customer service!!"
