"The staff was rude and very disinterested in their customers. When I didn't take my card out of the machine fast enough, the cashier said, "YOU'RE GOOD". After receiving my smoothy, I thanked the other staff member; she rolled her eyes and turned away saying nothing."
"Horrible experience at the pulp Willoughby location today. Customer service is everything to me and what I overheard between a customer and the employees of the location is unacceptable. I don’t know the back story if there’s any but it seemed as if the employees ganged up on the customer and refused to service her. They were accusing her of smthn and she kept denying saying they were mistaken. Their attitude and tone towards that customer was uncalled for and unacceptable. After witnessing this incident I will not be returning and spending my money where my ppl are not wanted."
