"I been coming to this place for over 10 years and food always been good or at least decent.. but tonight’s boneless wings are just laughable.. how can you even serve this joke? Some of them are just breading coded in sauce.. unreal"
"Order pickup was extremely unprofessional, I ordered a pickup and it said it was ready, after I went inside the lady told me it wasn’t ready without even checking her computer or looking around. Then after 20 minutes of waiting she handed me a gigantic catering order that wasn’t mine. Probably $150-200 worth or food by looking at it that someone else could have easily taken. I told her it wasn’t mine and then she said they actually never got my order…then after showing her the receipt on my phone she checked a heating cabinet behind her and my order was actually there the entire time…."
"Love coming here for football games. It’s a great place to join other Browns fans to celebrate football. But got here and tables were cleared, but it seems they don’t come back to wipe them down. The manager had to have us stand by the table until he could bring a damp towel to wipe off. I noticed that pattern of busing and not wiping down all afternoon. I usually get wings, but wanted a burger instead. Was told I can’t order meat how I wanted (asked for med/rare), was told they all come “well” and “are on the same timer.” I don’t like well burgers. Got the burger and, of course, it was well. Yuck. Whatever. Not planning to return any time soon."
"Horrible experience at the Willoughby location. Under staffed. Under attentive. Extremely loud volume for no reason because the place was not nearly full. Messed up my order. When it did come, the onion on it had the skin still on it. Literally couldn't wait to just get my check and get the heck out of there. Do. Not. Recommend."
