Sonic Drive-In

"I couldn't get them to take my money! Waited at drive-thru speaker for three full minutes, then tried a carhop stall. Never even reached anyone to place an order. Went to McDonald's across the street."

"I have had sonic in the past and enjoyed, went on a limb today to have it for the first time in a while. Service was fine. Popcorn chicken looked awful and tasted worse. Garlic bacon burger was greasy as can be and the burger itself was a hockey puck. The mozzarella sticks were edible but particularly good. Will reconsider next time I think about going here :("

"Food was AWFUL, chicken was hard, tots were undercooked. Ordered online and there are no signs of where to go for pick up. Ended up going to the drive thru, menu lights were off so it made them look closed, after sitting there for awhile with no answer I pulled up the the window, sat there nobody came so I went and pressed one of the service buttons and they said to come back to the window since they are understaffed. Luckily the guy at the window was very nice and kind!!"

"This place has really went down hill. I ordered tenders kids meal for a 3 year old and the tenders was so hard he couldn't eat them. I asked for 5 pretzel sticks only got 1 I ordered a strawberry milkshake no whip cream on it. My cheeseburger looks like slop tossed in a hurry. Tater tots nasty taste like pure oil.. workers was to busy blasting music and singing and on there phones to even do there work. I will not return to this place. I figured I give you guys a second chance and it just goes to show how poorly your workers are doing. Needs better management mangers need to stop being friends with employees and be mangers a boss."
