"Whoever the guy was folding the sandwiches needs to never fold anyone’s sandwich ever again he cut my sandwich prior to closing it and didn’t close it properly I had to eat my subway like a taco, it was ridiculously sloppy and all my vegetables was at the top of the taco. Poor folding and wrapping"
"I came in Friday 9/22/23 at the Subway on brookpark Road by tiedeman. There were two young men who were freaking amazing. They made me smile and gave me great suggestions for the bread and sandwiches . My food was awesome. As soon as I walked in, I could smell fresh yumminess bread! You have a great staff at this location"
"This has been a go-to location as they usually make very nice sandwiches and follow stringent hygiene procedures. However, my last two visits within the past week went something like this: I went in around lunchtime a week or so ago and the personnel (two women) were friendly and hygienic -- but the lettuce was turning brown. It was still early in the day. The lettuce was changing color. I still went ahead and ordered but it was off-putting. Went in a day ago and there was a guy finishing up taking payment from a paying customer. He didn't wash before pulling sandwich wrapping onto the counter, and only afterwards started making to put on gloves. I walked out making a comment about hand-washing protocols. Another guy was peeking around the corner as this occurred. If you're not inclined to wash up after cashing a customer out and going to make sandwiches, then maybe have a separate person working the register. Maybe I'm overreacting but if you're handling money the last thing I want to see is you immediately heading over to the food bins."
"**Great Service** We used Doordash to order from this Subway. I did put that if items were not available they could use their own discretion. However, a young man called me because some cookies were not available. He was so polite and really tried his best. We had a big complicated order and we got it fast and it was well made and very good! Also the young man wrote me a note :) Here is some of what we ordered: Roast beef footlong Chicken something footlong Italian BMT footlong Chips and cookies and extra toppings too. GREAT JOB YOU GUYS!"
