Paradise Biryani Pointe

"On my travel to MN, I stopped at this restaurant as suggested by my friend. It was 10mins away from Akron Cleveland highway, I reached here by lunch time and ordered some food. I have ordered paneer thikka masala, vijaywada style chicken biryani, chilli garlic naan. I liked the naan, Paneer was good and biryani is very fresh. I see great options for breakfast also on the menu. And I had to say I loved the ambience, maintenance. Its great, for me a person who stays in Jersey it is hard to find a restaurant this big and well maintained. Good restrooms as well. Service was also good. Staff were polite and friendly."

"Absolutely amazing! First time eating here and Sam (server) was great! He recommended the butter chicken and it was absolutely delicious. Can’t wait to come back. The service and food definitely deserve 5 stars. Oh and my food came out so fast :)"

"Visited today for the Sunday lunch buffet. We arrived 30 minutes after opening and waited for a table for about 15 minutes. The crowd in the lobby quickly rose to 50 people waiting! Despite the heavy volume the restaurant was clean and food options were plentiful. We had attentive service and no trouble asking for naan and drink refills. Our plates were bused quickly. The food was spiced just right for my preferences. For reference I typically order a spice level 3/10 at Annapurna. Food was warm and delicious. We were able to try a wide variety of new things and old favorites. The coffee mousse cups were the perfect sweet treat at the end of a savory and spicy lunch. We will definitely be back. We felt very welcome and comfortable. My only complaint/suggestion was that even though each dish was labeled, there was no indicator on which items were vegetarian. As I wasn’t familiar with all the choices, I had to skip things I wasn’t sure about as it was too crowded to Google names while going through the line."

"First of all, I’ll like to say there is some sort of discrimination against customers who isn’t “Indian or white” I walked in with my family to dine in and there was a sign just by the entrance that says “wait to be seated” and we literally stood there for up to 10mins without anyone approaching us to assign us a seat and I could see the waiters looking at us and looking away. It was until I called on to them before they eventually approached us, and one of them told us we could have walked in to get ourselves a seat. Well I wouldn’t have had a problem with that, but the fact that they assign every single person that walked in a seat without letting them stand for so long, now that is disgusting. Anyway, I know for a fact I’ll not be visiting an establishment that doesn’t treat all their customers as ONE again."
