"Food was just ok. I’m here writing this review because after I paid for everything, I went to go get ice and my drink and as soon as the ice cubes started coming out of the machine I realize there was gnats frozen in it. I said something quietly to the lady that was working to try and be respectful. Her response to me was that they just got the ice machine fixed yesterday due to there being lots of gnats in it, and that I should just try the ice machine again. I refused and asked for a second time to have a bottle drink. She kept trying to reassure me that the ice machine should be fine, however, I told her that I would just want a refund for my drink them because I’m not going to trust their drink machine anymore. She with an attitude told me to go ahead and get a bottle drink. This is only my third time going to this location because it is very close to my job. But every other time I’ve been in there, the woman, and or the man that’s working behind the counter is very rude. I’m always very nice and smiling and say thank you whenever I go in there. But the fact that there were literal bugs in the ice machine and they pretended like it wasn’t a big deal. Has me concerned for what the back of the kitchen looks like and how sanitary they are with everything."

"Waited till I was done ordering to tell me they don't take coupons. I would have went to a different location if I would have known that. They should have a sign saying they don't take them. It didn't look like they put much meat on my sandwiches so this will be the last time to this location. I'll stay with the Brookpark/Tiedmann location."

"Came in to eat at 6:30 and all the tables were packed up. We asked if we could eat in the dining room and the reply was we close it down because people make a horrible mess they destroy it. We told them that we would not and they still will not allow us to eat in the dining room had to eat in our pick up truck outside the store."

"Turkey. Stale bread. Wilted lettuce & spinach. Soggy onions. Sandwich wasnt even 1/4 in thick. I wasnt watching, but asked if everything was fresh. Oh yes he said. It was so bad i threw it out after 1 bite."
