"Usually I’ve never had issues with this location. My husband recently came for me since I cannot drive due to just having a newborn…. I usually get half or two candy’s and have ALWAYS paid additional for the second candy. Please tell me why he went for me and you try charging for both candies instead of a normal blizzard plus the additional one candy when he tried explaining a few separate times stating we have a receipt we can show you how we’ve paid before they said no and were rude about it….."

"The Parma, Sprague Rd location is always clean and the staff is very friendly. The staff works very efficiently together to get the orders out! We have the lunch meal occasionally and are never disappointed! We also do drive- thru often and our order is done right. The staff always is smiling and seem glad they are a team working in harmony!"

"Amongst the DQ Grill & Chills I've visited in Northeast Ohio, this one is very busy in the summer months. Service is friendly. Restaurant could be cleaner, but it's probably due to a lack of workers. French fries were cold, burgers were just warm. Burgers were still very good just warm and the new hot fries we asked for were perfect. I'd go again even if I had to keep asking for fresh fries! When fresh, DQ fries are the best fries around."

"We went inside to pick up a birthday ice cream cake right before 6:30pm on a Thursday day because drive thru was very busy. It was busy inside too but the line moved fairly fast. Their cakes are delicious and the prices are reasonable. It is very clean inside and employees are friendly."
