"Got a10 piece from the Parma location and asked for them to be well done. They were cooked absolutely perfect. The staff was super friendly (especially the girl with the blue hair), the store was clean and the brownies were delicious. I would definitely recommend everything about this store and I’ll definitely be back!"

"38 minutes with 2 other customers and what they say as "1 large online order" for 3 chicken tenders and fries. The lady at the register was beyond rude. Had her earphones in listening to music so could not hear an order therefore yelling back "what did you say" to me and the 2 customers after me as noted above. The tables were disgusting. Sticky & dirty. Garbage all over the floor. Out of ice in the ONLY pop machine and the answer from the lady working is "we don't have time right now to put ice in it". Once I got the food, it was hot and fresh. The chicken fingers were just about the size of a nugget. Keep in mind this was at 1 PM on a Wednesday. Never going back to this one. What a shame."

"I work for a food delivery app and generally like to take orders from this wing stop due to the fact that orders are almost always ready when I arrive to pick them up. Today the order was not quite ready but the exchange between the manager and a (seemingly)new employee interested me greatly while I waited. I observed the manager speaking to the employee about taking online orders. He was explaining why something did not go right in the process. The employee seemed to think it was his fault but was corrected by the manager. He treated the employee with respect and dignity, remained positive and explained that this was a quirk in the system and NOT his fault. The interaction was short but it showed a lot about the character of this manager and how he wanted this employyee to feel. In my opinion, it was an excellent example of leadership and I wanted to give this manager a huge shout-out! Thanks again, i will be back for more orders thanks to you and your team!!"

"Was at the parma store on 11/22/23 and asked the cashier for a WELL DONE wings and repeated it twice and my husband said EXTRA EXTRA TIME! And when they were making the wings I went up to the pickup window and said I just want to make sure you told them I want the wings well done and he said yes. Then I got the order in 23 minutes total which I knew 100% it won’t be well done because of how short the time was! I took a bite from each flavor to check if it was under cooked and sure it was!!!! So I went to the manager as she claimed to be and said I asked many times for well done and this is not well done! She kept arguing that this is well done and that’s their policy on how long they cook it for as if it was my first time ordering from them!! I said I am pregnant I CAN NOT eat the chicken undercooked or it will cause salmonella she said fine when that happens come and sue me!!!! The audacity for a STORE MANAGER to say this to a vulnerable pregnant woman!!!!!! Then i said either return the $42 I paid or remake them she said no I can’t do either or I will get in trouble so I asked her to call the general manager and she did and the GM said we can’t refund the money because I took bites from the wings and if I wanted I can call Friday when he gets there!!! THIS IS ABOSOULTY DISCUSTING for a manager and a general manager to not fix issue like this and the audacity to say when something bad happens to you come and sue me!!!!!"

"I tried Wingstop for the first time last week and I was very impressed! The chicken tenders were absolutely delicious, the staff was super friendly, and the wait was not that long. All they need is some good music to make the perfect restaurant experience."
