Antonio's Pizzeria LoSchiavo 5722 Chevrolet Boulevard, Parma, OH 44130

"Some places are frugal with their toppings, not so with Antonio's. They are always plentiful and delicious. Great tasting pepperoni and large cubes of ham. I always love their doughy crust too. It's that perfect Midwest crust thickness. I have been eating Antonio's pizza long before they franchised and they are just as good now as they were when they opened, no matter which location you go to. Well worth a stop. I just tried the new butter crust pizza and to be honest, I don't like it. The crust itself is good, I'm not a fan of the sauce. It's not that it's bad, it's just not my taste. I'm sure tons of people will like it though. I'll just go back to their regular pies. I would love it if they made a regular style pizza with the new crust, that would be awesome!"

"I did a DoorDash order here and I waited almost an hr for one pizza while they sat around and ate and vaped indoors!!!!! I don’t even wanna give my customer this food. Then not washing hands after vaping and eating. I’m so beyond upset and offended with their terrible attitudes."

"Ordered pizza online for pickup and when I got it home it was made wrong. Ordered the portobello Palermo and the ticket said NO PORTOBELLO NO ONIONS So called the store back and was like 'Why would I order a mushroom pizza and say no mushrooms????' The lady who answered the phone tried to explain that their online system sometimes gets rid of toppings for no reason so they usually add them anyways, but there were new people in the kitchen. Which yeah okay I get that but when she put the (I'm assuming) the manager on he was all 'well what if someone did order a mushroom pizza with no mushrooms and we add them and they call and complain that they didn't want them?' To which I was like 'who would do that? I just want the pizza I ordered' So he said a new pizza would be ready in 30 minutes. But it was kinda like 'yeah I'll make your pizza...buy I don't want to...'"

"Would've given five stars across the board, but when I got home too eat my pizza I noticed there wasn't hardly any anchovies on my pizza. Plus the charge of toppings is ridiculous. I haven't been there in over a year and they're still my favorite pizzeria. I'll be sure to mention it whenever I return to buy another one of their award winning pizza's. Till then. Chow"

"I made a mobile order for 830 pm as that is when my girlfriend would be home from work. At 715pm I received a call that my pizza is here, I informed the driver my order is for 830. He tried to convince me to take it at that time and threw a fit that he had to return at 830. I called to the store to inform them and ask for my pizza to be remade at time of my delivery at 830 I was told it would all be remade. I received my delivery around 845pm and opened the box to the driest and hardest pizza ever. I worked in the pizza industry and can tell pizza was not remade and just thrown into the oven to warm up by the way the cheese looked and the hardness of the pizza. Also the pizza had no sauce. I called for a manager and she basically told me I was lying and that she is the one who remade the pizza and that that she can’t give a refund. This is the worst pizza buying experience I have ever had and will never return here. 1 star is too high of a rating. Very rude, unprofessional and serve horrible food."
