"Horrible service. Was in there tonight. Ordered 2 same foot longs. The guy put pepper on it, and I didn't ask for pepper. I told him that I didn't want pepper. He just tuned me out. The lady there told me " it's just a mild pepper." I told her that I don't want pepper. He rang it up and asked me to pay. I said I don't want this order, and "you didn't even ask to do the order over". I am not paying for something I didn't order, and cannot eat. Bad customer relations. Poor attitude ."

"Ordered online for pick-up. Entire order was wrong and no one answered the phone when we called to try and get them replaced. Not worth the hassle to go back when they don’t have the decency to answer."

"I had a wonderful experience! The two male worker's were extremely professional as well as kind quick clean an efficient. The shorter one promoted an up sold very fast an together completely on my order immediately. He greeted me at the door with a smile as well completing my oder very quickly. Everything looked amazing he thanked made sure I had napkins an made sure I didn't want cookies or a combo. Amazing it seems as if he runs the entire store whenever I come in. Always go, go, go store is clean doing takeout an register as well as everything else. Great employee subway!! He should be promoted he's definitely the kindest efficient hard working employee I've seen in 4yrs. I would definitely give him a pay raise good employee are hard to find any employees are in 2023."

"It was awful ordered2 of the new footlong pro and got home and they were made wrong. This was fri went I went back to get refund manger wasn’t there and was told she would call the next day. Still haven’t heard from anyone one and every time I call there no manager. I’m sure corp would love to hear this. Will never order here again. Day drive subway sucks."
