"Every single time I try to give this place a chance, it just disappoints me. Had to pull off to the side for two spicy chicken sandwiches. Waited 10+ mins for them to just say, they forgot to drop the food. The manager working 1/4/2024 and her nepotism grandma hire are absolutely worthless."

I've gotten sandwich constructions Wendy's does not even offer. This restaurant should be an absolute last resort. You will NOT get what you order"

"Hands down WORST wendys I've ever been to. This time they didn't close the fries so they all dumped in the bag when I tried to pick up the container. They gave me a triple burger instead of a single, and it was so sloppy it was falling apart. They also refused to brew me a coffee. I moved to Lakewood 3 years ago and give this place a chance 2 or 3 times a year and they get my order wrong every single time. Staff is always very short and rude. Wendys was my favorite fast food as a kid and I've always loved wendys but this place is trash."

"I know I know, it's a Wendy's...my expectations here are not high to begin with. However this Wendy's has got to be one of the worst around, as noted by many other reviews here. Food is cold, orders are often wrong. With no cars in front of us we sat trying to get our order taken for over 12 minutes. We would politely ask "hello?" a couple times after 5 minutes and just got a "one minute" as a response. Which was of course a lie...then the last time we asked if anyone was there the girl came on the microphone literally YELLED at us "I will BE with you in a MOMENT!!" Again this was with no cars ahead of us and sitting there for almost 15 minutes. This place is awful, stay away."
