"The lack of acknowledgment from the staff is ridiculous. We came in to enjoy drinks and dinner. We chose to sit at the bar because normally you get pretty good service. NOT AT THIS PLACE! My husband and I waited for 15 minutes to order our first drink. Also, as we were waiting, there were dirty plates and glasses that weren't removed. Even after ordering our drink, we had to hand over the plates and such to have a clear area for ourselves. We received our beers, and after an HOUR of waiting to order food, we decided it was time to go. Everyone else around us who came in after we did, they received multiple drinks and even food. We had enough, and my husband had to flag someone down multiple times so that we could get out of there. Horrible customer service!!!"

"As an out-of-towner with several food restrictions, I am happy to say that this restaurant was able to accommodate what most can’t! I first went with some other parents while our daughters were at a dance convention being held. Our server, Jack, was fabulous! We were so happy with the place in general, that after the convention was over, my husband and I decided to bring our daughter back for a meal before we hit the road back home. It has been SO long since I’ve been able to eat an actual full meal at a restaurant, and also since I’ve had a server who was happy to help me (trust me, I’m more annoyed with my food restrictions than any restaurant staff could ever be). Long story short, Nanobrew and the staff there have my two thumbs up! Delicious food, amazing service! Thank you so, so much!"

"We came here for a late night drink! They have a big beer menu and they have plenty of seating. The bartenders did a great job of helping everyone there. We did not try any food during this visit."

"Was not expecting this!! Just wow. They wowed me on a really busy night! First, the service, everyone from calling in, to showing up to paying and walking out was excellent. They offer this natural easy and friendly teamwork. No detail was missed. The beer!!!!! So so so many choices, literally you will find a lot you will love, an excellent mix of styles of beer. The food, I had two Vegan family members and typically you only have a couple of options, but they can make most of their menu to accommodate AND please their vegan clients!! I’m not vegan, so I had the PB &J burger… so delicious!!!! And a bonus they are dog friendly. They brought water for us all!! Even our pup! The music is loud, but it was great music and I felt like it appeals to all. Had a great time, everything was excellent and I can’t wait to come back. And wait.. the prices… are so fair!!!! I walked away thinking it was one of the best experiences I have had going out in a long time. Love when my expectations are exceeded!!!! Thank you Nano Brew!!!"

"My brisket burger was great and that sauce taste really good with my fries. However, the Mac and cheese bites were bland. The sauce on it was too but the corn salsa on the bottom helped for flavor."
