"I just saw the place! A cute one! A lot of options!!! Impressive! My forever favorite is carrot juice; yummy, refreshing and delicious! I saw they have some combination w ice cream as well that I’m gonna try next time!"
"First time visiting POTELAH and it will probably be the last. This place is just OK. There were five people ahead and it took quite some time. The first thing they do is cut the potato and loosen the potato from the skin. Butter, mozzarella cheese, salt and pepper are automatically put on the potato without asking if it’s OK. Thankfully I saw how much salt was put on the other customers’ potatoes so I asked for no salt immediately. They then take forever mixing all of that into the potato then smash it all down before adding the toppings. I picked my vegetable toppings then asked for cheddar cheese but that couldn’t be put on until I chose my sauce. I chose sour cream then the cheese was added on top. Not sure why the cheese could not have been added before the sour cream which is the way I like it. The only drink choices are smoothies which are expensive so I went without a drink. A couple customers that were ahead of me did order drinks and they took quite awhile to prepare. Thankfully I had water in my car that I drank as soon I got back to my car. Now for the potato. It was just OK. The butter that they put on is solid. It gets mixed in but I could not taste it at all. I’ve seen other places that specialize in baked potatoes add melted butter and that is what I would prefer. I like my potato to be very buttery. I had gyro meat and could not taste it at all. The only toppings that I could actually taste were the banana peppers and the pickles. Even though the potato was steaming hot, it actually felt lukewarm because of all the cold toppings that were added. The sour cream was very thin and they put a ton on. I prefer sour cream that is thick and somewhat holds a shape. Based on all the rave reviews, I had high expectations but was greatly disappointed. I think they definitely need to change to having melted butter and also other drink options. It wasn’t a bad experience but it’s not somewhere I would put at the top of my list to eat again."
"I've visited more than once, now. It seems to be Muslim-run, so anti-pork diners may be pleased to know all of the bacon, sausage, & meat is pork-free. The restaurant is kind of Subway or Chipotle-style where you load your potato with the available ingredients shown behind a glass. I kinda wish there were some preset potato flavor offerings like Subway has some suggested sub combinations. You can go with a regular loaded baked potato (and these potatoes are monsters) or a "potato pizza," which is pretty much the potato laid open in a small round tin and a sauce is added. Then, again, you customize, adding whatever toppings you like. I think the potatoes get a little overcooked. The skin on both of mine were burnt. I like to try to eat the skin even if I don't enjoy it, but the skin on these were absolutely inedible. You will absolutely be full. Even without loading up your potato, the potato itself is enough to fill you. I tried one of their juices, and I'd like to buy more, but the combo sends my lunch bill over $20, which is unreasonable. I'm sure their juice bar is great for those who do juice fasts. All in all, I'll probably come back, but it's nowhere near as fast, easy-to-use, and convenient as Subway. It makes me late going back to the office for lunch, and is almost too expensive for my take-out lunches on a regular basis. It mandates sitting and eating, which is healthier. It's definitely healthier eating, but if I'm making a run for lunch, it has to be more convenient."
"Such an amazing dinner. The guy was very friendly and helpful to explain the menu to us. 20 out of 10 would definitely recommend and get some juice and the dessert"
