Hot Chicken Takeover

"aside from my bf’s chicken being raw on the inside, the entire place was soooo dirty. I’d understand if it was busy, but the place was dead and we were the only ones in there. Every table was filthy. It wasn’t even about the $$ since it’s overpriced fast food which is why we didn’t even bring up the raw nuggets but please at least wipe the tables down so there’s somewhere to sit. /:"

"DO NOT EAT HERE I was served raw chicken nuggets, when I brought it to the attention of an employee he told me that it was not raw chicken and they just look like that. I asked for a new order of nuggets and when I received the next order were also raw. I asked for a refund and he told me I didn’t know what raw chicken looked like and that I shouldn’t get a refund. I asked again for a refund and he tried to talk me out of it (keep in mind i had only bitten into one of the nuggets, so all of it was left uneaten and i was not just looking for free food). The cashier was incredibly unhelpful and condescending, he continued to try and make me feel like I was the one in the wrong for bringing the literal health hazard to their attention."

"I find it highly outrageous that this place does not have a line around the block to eat here, the food was absolutely phenomenal, delicious, flavorful, seasoned, spicy, crispy goodness, I really had to ask myself if this was indeed some of the best food I've ever had. My server CJ was very welcoming, attentive, and kindly walked us through the digital menu, not only did he help us but he recommended some delicious options, so let me start I tried a little bit of everything I must say, 5 piece wings which technically is 10 but they serve full wings here and they are a 10 out of 10, the waffles omg the waffles were perfection, crispy, crunchy goodness with a soft inside bursting with what I believe was a butter milk mix, the house fries I ate without ketchup that's how good they are, the Mac and Cheese!!! Ladies and Gentlemen the Mac and Cheese was fire! 10 out of 10, and the pickled coleslaw amazing. This was my first day ever in Ohio, specifically Cleveland and I must say, what I heard about the food here so far has been true! This restaurant is 5 stars, and when you visit ask for CJ! He will take care of you."

"The most expensive chicken you'll ever eat. I paid $9.25 for 2 thighs. It's just fried with your choice of sauce on it. It's really greasy, and the sides were crazy expensive for the helping size you get. Thank goodness Tim was working the register, and his kindness made me stay to try it. The rest of the staff in the kitchen window did not smile. They made it look like it was way too much of an effort to work and get my order, I was going to leave watching their Attitudes. Tim made excuses for them. The plastic utensils were beyond junk to try and eat with. I will not return. I wish Tim would get a pay raise for having to work with the other employees."
