"Very nice workers and atmosphere. The food was super good. The French onion soup is the best I've ever had. It was so good and worth the price. The ribs fell right off the bone and could've fed the whole family. The fries here are no joke. I usually don't take fries home, but these were worthy of an acception. The chicken tenders were fresh and juicy and so were the burgers. For appetizers, we got fried mozzarella and beef nachos. We could've lived without the nachos, but the mozzarella was yummy. They also had homemade chips and French onion dip that were really good. It was hard to pick fries or chips as a side. I would definitely come back here."

"Been going here for years - got introduced to my first burger with blue cheese about ten years ago here - excellent. Today I got the spring rolls that are the first thing listed on their menu. OMG, so good. My only beef with this place and there's nothing they can do about it is that it's pretty small so always to wait for a table at night. Of course if they weren't so good, that wouldn't be an issue."

"I use to love this place. No more. I get everyone is understaffed but I don’t get acting as if a server is doing us a favor taking an order, delivering drinks or heaven forbid refilling water and soda. The tater tot appetizer was raw in the center and blah in flavor. Husband ordered chicken salad which was “ok” when delivered the server dropped chips on the floor then blew it off. I would have thought an apology and offer to get more chips would have followed. Nothing. I ordered the blackened salmon salad (which I’ve previously had an enjoyed, and yes why salad with salmon in a bar?) the plate was piled with lettuce and an abundance of tomatoes with a piece of tough flavorless yet raw in the center salmon atop it. I had 2 bites and could not do anymore. Nothing was said. Quite a while later when she offered a box and I declined nothing more was said. Simply picked up an essentially full entree and walked away. Again I would have expected something, did you not like it? Love the environment but have no intention of ever eating here again."

"Love the Moosehead! Such a hidden gem with great food! We ordered too much as usual.. 1. Buffalo egg rolls: They come cut in half with 2 sauces, one is very hot if you're sensitive to spicy things. They were pretty good. 2. Dragon rolls: These arrived with 6 sticks, 2 sauces (ranch-like and Thai sauce) and with carrots and celery. I really thought these would be, but they are nothing more than cheese sticks. Not sure why they come with the veggies. 3. Pierogi Melt: Arrived on a big platter, 2 halves, hefty amount of crispy chips and dip.The sandwich was amazing! Chips were very good, thin and crispy with dip. 4. Lake Perch Dinner: Arrived on a big plate, 3 pieces of fish, fries, 2 pierogis, and dip for the fries I guess. The fish is crispy and excellent. Probably a pound of fries, just too many, and good pierogis. The restaurant occupies 58 people, with a small dining area and decent size bar. Stained glass windows line the booths with unique decor mixed with local things. A small patio for warmer weather seating in the back. Give the Moosehead a try! You won't be disappointed!!"
