McDonald's 30100 Detroit Road, Westlake, OH 44145

"Extremely bad workers in the evening I went to get my coffee it was raining and cold I got it from drive through it was cold and burned s I requested fresh one she asked me to pull over and she will bring it to me I waited for 10 minutes no one showed I went back to the drive through she handed it to me in a rude way and said just to let you know it just finished brewed now and turn her face and close the window I was so mad and annoyed I called the store asking for the manager the one who answered said I’m the manager( which I doubt) said what do you want and I told her what happened she said ok and never said I’m sorry or apologize so what a good management I had experience with!!! I’ll never go there again"

"Ordered curbside, waited a good 30 minutes and food was never brought out though in the app it said I got my food. Went inside and seemed like noone wanted to take orders or even ask what I was there for. Part of my order was sitting there, waited another 15 minutes until they filled the other part of my order which when I opened it the amount of ketchup that was spread all throughout the mcdouble was just leaking. I'll pass up on this location in the future, they need some sort of management help because they don't have it together."

"Ordered 2 large Carmel Frappes. These are the worse looking Frappes I have ever seen. Very soupy and the cups weren't even full. Not even frozen. I took 1 sip and had Carmel all over my shirt. They could have wiped the cups off."

"Employees in drive thru aren’t focusing and paying attention to details. I ordered two bottled waters and two double cheeseburgers and gave a code when asked then pulled away to pay which is a car length from the speaker. The order was all screwed up. First of all, no one should be spending more than 5-6 mins talking back and forth to the speaker repeating and repeating things. This is supposed to be fast food the wait times and drive through times at this location need improvement. The two double cheeseburgers were put together sloppy and ketchup all over and the meat wasn’t all the way cooked and it was awful but I was hungry so I ate it. Please get it together or get staff that cares enough to listen to the order and not be distracted. Just about every McDonald’s doesn’t care about quality and drive thru times and the staff can’t multitask like we all did when we worked for McDonald’s back in the day-yeah we were able to make it fast and provided quality. What’s wrong now? No one cares that’s what’s wrong. Stop spending too much time at the speaker! That’s why it’s so slow."

"Buy one get one Big Mac's through the McDonald's app. This specific location was kind of difficult to get to because of the busy intersection. Once inside service was quick but some of the tables were left unsanitized by previous customers."
