"The listed hours are from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM. So why when I show up at 6:00 PM is the place locked and shuttered with the lights out? I've attempted to eat here five times already; I've shown up twice in the afternoon, twice at night, and tried to put in an online order once, and all five times the place is closed during hours when it should be open. And the best part? When I put in the online order (for a 6:30 PM pickup), the restaurant called me and told me they don't stay open past 5:00 PM because all the stores are closed at that point. THEN WHY ARE YOUR HOURS LISTED AS 11:00 AM TO 7:00 PM?"

"This is location is adequate for burgers and dogs. …. However if you ever happen upon Nathan’s on Long Beach Road, Oceanside NY (Long Island) that location is a MUST stop !!! The chicken is hand breaded the onion rings are hand breaded. The burgers are amazing. We’ve just had the “Hell’s Kitchen” burger one with and without the bun. All the flavors all the heat just made this one of my top favorite burgers of all time."
