"Went in today and got two sandwiches. The girl at the counter didn't bother to read my order back to me or check anything when I said it. So instead of having pickles on my sandwich I got hot peppers. I'm mildly allergic to the kind they use. If she would have clarified peppers versus pickles, I would have been able to eat my sandwich. Now I'm out 20 bucks. Normally I love this place, but that's because I order online where there's no chance of anyone screwing it up like that. Never going to walk-in order again. Online only."

"Shame on the management and ownership of this location. I went to pick up my online order and this poor single employee working all by herself on the evening of the Super Bowl. Absolutely terrible to leave your staff shorthanded on one of the busiest food take out days of the year. Kudos to the employee as she was trying her best."

"Very consistent with the sandwiches I order. The store is super clean inside. Love the quality of all the ingredients and the bread is always fresh. I order online and pick up for lunch once a week. The only thing I don't like is my office is just barely outside of their delivery area so I have to pick up. It's always ready when I get there. And it is always 100% correct, never have anything missing."
