"Genuinely very happy with our experience here. We took our 8 mo old poodle here for the first time today. We were worried because he's never been fully groomed before and he has severe separation anxiety. Another groomer we worked with a few months ago refused to fully cut his hair because he "was too noisy" and was "kind of stupid" (as a 5 month old puppy), and as a result he was starting to accumulate bad matting. On top of this he's quite big, so I'm understanding that he might be a bit much to handle. The workers here were incredibly kind and understanding of the situation, and they did a fantastic job on his coat. He looks fantastic. They also said he did a great job, which I'm sure is in no small part to their care and attention to him and keeping him feeling comfortable and safe while my partner and I were out. We will definitely be coming here again."
